Crawford Subdivision
A draft plan of subdivision application (42T-2024-03) has been submitted to Grey County and a zoning by-law amendment application (ZA10.2024) has been submitted to the Municipality of West Grey. The proposed subdivision would consist of 34 new lots for single detached dwellings, one block for stormwater management, and a new street, which is proposed to connect to Mulock Road. The development is proposed to be serviced by private wells and septic systems. This property is designated as 'Secondary Settlement Area' and 'Hazard Lands' in the County Official Plan. The zoning by-law amendment would re-zone the lands to permit the proposed residential development.
